A "one-sided" box call I made for a NWTF "Travel Call" in 2010. This Poplar/Cherry call accounted for 6 gobblers of 3 different sub species.
Olivewood and buffalo horn mouthpiece and lanyard bead.
Cocobolo, elephant ivory, and buffalo horn transition and lanyard bead were used on this trumpet.
Poplar long box with a walnut lid. The lid is made from a walnut tree uprooted by the 2008 Linwood, Ks. tornado.
This "hewn" curly yellow poplar box has a hard maple lid with purpleheart inlays and a 20 check pattern.
